No ink, No Cartridge

There is no ink and no cartridge inside the printer, just a box of thermal ribbon.

Push the button and take out the ribbon (upward) to replace with a new ribbon.

STEP 1: Switch on the printer (PC Connection )

Hold down the power button ( Ring button) for 3-5 seconds,and then release it when the LED indicator will turn into the Light Purple.

Light Purple LED indicator is lighting : Printer is in standby statusGreen LED indicator is lighting: Printer is in charging model, and the light will be off when fully chargedRed LED indicator is flashing: Printer is out of ribbon, please replace it

STEP 2: Connect the printer to PC via USB cord

When you connect the printer to the computer via USB cord, The color of the LED indicator will change from Light Purple to GREEN.

NOTE: Please make sure that you have switched on the printer before you start to print , especially when the LED indicator is GREEN since when you connect the printer to the computer via USB, the LED indicator is GREEN whether the printer is on or off.

STEP 3: Download the driver

Driver can be downloaded from HPRT official website

(Driver installation steps, Please refer to Quick Start Guide or Video on product page)

STEP 4: Feed paper in and start to print

1. Put the paper into the paper inlet in parallel. Printer will feed a distance automatically after it detects the paper. If the buzzer sounds once when paper feeding stops,it shows that the paper is loaded successfully and the printer is ready.

2. start to print anywhere and anytime

NOTE：The smoother the surface of the paper , the clearer the printing quality

As we use thermal transfer technology, to some extent, the printing quality is not as good as the laser printer,but it is legible enough to read.

STEP 2： Download the HiPrint in Appstore

Mobile Phone Connection:

Go to the Appstore to download “HiPrint”

Note: Airprint isn’t supported on MT800 Currently,

EXCEL isn’t supported on ” HiPrint” Currently.

But you can open the Word document/ PDF in your email or other APP and then share them to “HiPrint” APP for printing （View the instruction video about how to print document on product page )

STEP 3: Open the app and Connect via “Settigns”

1. Click to “add printer”

2. Select “MT series”

3. Click “DO setting” to turn on Bluetooth

4. Select the printer you want to connect ,for example ” MT800-××××”

5.Back to “HiPrint” and select the file to print
